Comparison study : Appraisal and Resignation
Appraisal Resignation
In Appraisal meeting they will speak will only about your weakness, errors, failures.

In resignation meeting they speak only about you strength, achievements, success.
In Appraisal you may need to cry and beg for even 10% hike
In resignation you can demand more than 60-70% hike.
During Appraisal, they will deny You promotion saying you didn't meet the expectation, you don't have leadership qualities
During resignation, they will say you are the core memberof team, and you have leadership qualities.
There is 90% chance for not getting incentives after appraisal
There is 90% chance of Getting on-site opportunity after resignation

HeyKapil,

Welcome to the real world buddy!! I dont want to be negative in this aspect, but FACTS cannot be changed, as they are facts. The motivating factor is defenitely MONEY when you are in early stage of your career. It is not to EARN and become MILLIONAIRES over nite, but to fulfill his own physical needs when he starts earning first. But, the worse part is companies try to pay, you as less as possible by pointing out your weak points. Dont get bored, will explain you how it happens.

Suppose, If you are into a HR-Executive interview, as a fresher I bet that it would not be possible for anyopne to know the practical work like the forms we fill for PF and stuff. we dont know the practicl problems that come under "Grievance Handling". Most of the companies just stick to these things and will create a feeling that we are gonna teach you, so, get adjusted with whatever we pay. It happens. YES, it is the problem.

You should raise to the situation and face and fight with them.

Anyhow, you are gonna to be into this mixture of PARADISE and MUD. I am sure, you will learn more.

Good Luck for your future, Gimmie.

Kiran.

You are here to make up the BEST you can be ..
Monetary Benefits and Otheres will come to you naturally ..
Wht your Opinion Kiran ?

Hi,
I am agree with Rupa & kiran.
Kapil it happens…………………when we go to give our resignation they come up with very good feedback like ....u r the bone of our team, you r really doing a great job and we are planning to put u in a new role…….. but at appraisal they come up with feedback like anything. Sometimes they tell you…………….u never dreamed.
So live in reality………………and not in dreams.
Warm regards

Hey Rupa,

Well said, what you said is completely practical. I like practical thinking.

To tell you what, If you are not into the warfiled , sometimes, your positive attitude makes you think of the things that are impossible and gives you the feeling that ou sure can do it(Now, dont say that IMPOSSIBLE itslef says I M Possible :) ). But, once if you get some experience and see and face the real life situations, your attitude will help you think posiively along with practical sense, provided you have HUNGER, THRIST, DRIVE, PASSION for the SUCCESS. Anyhow, These are phases of life, so, better enjoy it. Wise man will always go with the facts.

Hey Kapil, nothing worng with your hinking or I am not trying to discourage you. I too used to think in the same way at my time of MBA. So, never mind.

But, what we share the tough times and practical experiences with our juniors so that they can find and come out with a better solution to he situaion.

Good Luck ahead, Kapil, I am sure you have he ability o FIGHT and emerge as WINNER.

To be successful in life, HATE and HATE and HATE and HATE and HATE loosing. Develop enemity towards losing.

Regards,

Kiran.
