| looking for sales manager in insurance sector hi friends i m working for life insurance company. now i have given the task of recruiting sales manager. the criteria is they should not be from insurance background, above the age of 30 but below 35, even active housewives will do. other criterias for manager as usual. how ever i m clueless how to target this section. so can all of you throw some light as to what should be my approach. which category of people shall i meet. food for thought? |
