I am new to this community forum...
currently i am doing my MBA Project titled "Payroll system review" in Finance department...
but i hav no idea about how should i hav to proceed...so kindly friends...plz help me giving ur valuable suggestions...

Hi there,
First of all try to get what type of system they are using i.e are they using computerised or manual entries if they are using computerised then what software they are using and what should be maximum lates that can be allowed for above half an hour or below half an hour. what if an employee take's a leave without proper information, and how to calculate PF,DA, Conv and other allowences and how to do deductions.
try to use this point this will help you out.
