Dear Satish
Do you mean to say the from PSU you haven't transfer the PF or from the last company that you left , you have not transfer ??
If you have not transfer from last firm then there is form no 13 which is about PF transfer , so you can fill that form & send it to the PF office for transfer.
In case you have not transfer your PF from the very first company & even you have not transfer you PF from PSU to software company then you must apply for the PF withdrawal from each company OR from PSU you apply for PF withdrawal & from last company, you apply for the PF transfer.

sir,
i didnot transferred even from my 1st company i.e. PSU.
i am very much worried as there is a deduction for pension scheme from my pf (earlier and now also). I think I'll be eligible once i complete 10years of service/contribution to pf pension scheme.
if i have this consolidated amount at one place then it will be easier for me to claim at a later stage.
please help me.
thank you very much

Dear Satish,
You cannot avail the Pension scheme benefit as you have a break in your employment.
Better option would be to withdraw the PF from PSU and either you can withdraw or Transfer PF from second company.

Satish, I cannot agree with your answer. I feel that you need to complete 10 yrs of service to be eligible for pension irrespective of the xfer of PF a/cs.
