How to handle the head hunting?

Hi Friends,
Greetings!!

I am HR Recruiter leading concern in Chennai. I am handling head hunting activities but i don't no idea in head hunting process. How to process for head hunting? or How to talk to the head hunting?

then how to talk to the candidates in head hunting process? some tips or your ideas...

I am happy that you have raised a good question.
But many of us have posted materials on head hunting before, in Cite HR.

Can you please use the search option in CITE HR to find more details of Head Hunting.
