How any member will be interested in helping you to give his support in providing the formats of different registers until & unless he knows that under which of the law you are required to maintain these registers. As you have seen from the query of Mr.Naveen that none have attempted so far. After finalizing the Act & rules under which you are to maintain these registers then you should go through that particular Rule to see whether you can maintain that register in excel sheet or you are required to have permission of any competent authority to maintain these registers in excel sheet. In Haryana if the registers are required to be kept under Punjab Shops & establishment Act then under Rule 6 we are required to maintain these registers in legibly ink.Govt. have not made any amendment so far in this world of IT. So put some efforts at your own level to understand & finalize the matter in hand after going through different Acts & Rules.

Gud Morning. Thanks to correcting me. I want to maintain all the registers which has to be maintained ESI & EPF. iam based in Greater Noida and i want to maintain it under the factory act.
I am not so clear enough but i know that i got the instruction to maintain registers under factory act. Now, i will ask my senior about these acts and get knowledge.
