Hi please help me out on this. one candidate has been selected by our client thru us. now the client wants commitment from us that candidate should join whatever date he has given. the problem is client has forwarded the offer letter to the candidate by email. now the problem is candidate is not resigning from his current company. he is saying unless i get hardcopy from them i won t resign. my problem is unless he resigns i cannot do background check and can t commit to client that he will be joining on particular date as i can t do any inquiry on the candidate. plz.... suggest what should i do? regards sujata

Fixed & variable package for purchase & procurement executive
Dear experts i am working in an it company as a hr executive my boss is asking me to create a kra with incentive basis for purchase executive. means his work should be based on incentives. we follow the policy for 50 fixed and 50 variable for sales depart. now for purchase executive/ how should i set the kra with target and incentive. ex: i selected a candidate for purchase executive at salary package of rs. 30000 pmwhich includes rs.15000 fixed and rs. 15000 variable. on what ground/ parameteri can frame his variable part of rs. 15000/ please share your input....boss is continuously asking...when i am implementing this in system. your response will be greatly appreciated. regards dimple
