More than 90% of the hospitals in India are lacking in proper management of patient welfare. What can be done to improve the situation. Even if 2 or more hospitals improve their standard of services to patients and employees then it would be a turnaround worth emulating.
Projects in recruitment, training are very common....
Request you to think on these lines. Take up something different.

Hi
You can try on the emotional intelligence among the doctors, nurses and others in the hospital... 
this can be a new area to explore as people treating patients are needed to be emotionally intelligent to a certain level..
