i would like to know about XLRI Jamshedpur.....

Hi frends my name is elly. I am currently workin in an International BPO and want to mak a career as an HR. I am Looking for Good Institutes which are Providing MBA distance learning Programmes in HR. and would also want to know the corse fee as well.
I have heard about XLRI Jamshedpur, is it a good option to go for and if yes then whats the course fee.

I am currently pursuing HR from XLRI distance learning. our batch is called as PGCHRM_04. admissions are on for the next batch.

The fee was 1.8 lac and we have classes two days a week. The course material in the form of books and notes are provided by them. A comprehensive Campus Component is also a part of it where students go to the campus in Jamshedpur for a week and have classes there. That also gives you chance to interact with your faculty and batchmates.

In my personal view, its quite good, worth the money and the faculty are good. The course makes you apply whatever you learn in the class to practical situations of workplace. Assessments in the form of online Quizes, written exams and other assignments would become part of your eveyday homework.

Finally, all courses are standardized but it depends on the students how to make the best use of it.
