Hi,

I am a new member on this forum and am sure glad to be part of this.

Just a brief introduction about myself. I am a MBA-Fin and HR and have total of 6 years of work experience out of which 5 years in Infosys Tech Ltd as a HR professional. Currently on a sabbatical in US to take care of family and hope to get back to my field soon.

In the meanwhile, find this forum a real interesting one to keep in touch with the current trends and discussions.

Can anybody guide me about the various Tools which are a must in the develpment of a HR Executive ? I am currently working as Management Trainee (HRD)in Automobile Industry ? I am keen to shift to IT/BPO/ITES Industry ?

What type of software will be benefitial to me ? such as ERP(SAP HR, People Soft HR )... What disciplines to focus on ?
Kindly tell me where to start from ?
