| I have recently faced agony of the Bell Cureve Apraisal system. I achieved the assigned KPI and my immeidate boss rated me exceptional but HOD has ranked me lowest because I am not his favourite. When I asked him for the answer he told me that I have done nothing this is HR which has rated you like this. This is disgusting.
