Please provide me the details of Haryana Labour Welfare fund. Its applicability, benefits and other areas are also to be discussed.

Labour cess is applicable in Haryana @ 1 % and it is charged on the construction cost and for that you have to get yourself registered in the labour deptt. if your construction cost is more than 10 Lacs...there is an central act called The Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Cess Act 1996 and the haryana building & other construction workers ( RE & Cs) Rules, 2005...if neeed further information contact

Labour cess though is a part of Welfare fund but I am asking about welfare fund in total. Contribution of 5 and 10 are made but who are eligible members to contribute.
