Hello HR professionals!

The All India Management Association - Centre for Management Education (AIMA-CME), which is the largest correspondence business school in the autonomous sector in India in terms of student enrolments, offers PhD in Business Administration with Functional Specialisation (FS) in 5 different management field:

FS-1: Human Resource Management
FS-2: Financial Management

I am also planning to start PHD in HRM. I have just started thinking about the program. so still at the prelimiary stage. Trying to figure out the process etc. Can anybody help me in this regards.
