U can try to research on current revelant topics which are of importance to any organization.

One of them being the attrition rates in I.T sector, or BPO's.

These issues will add value to ur knowledge and place u good while u go for ur interviews ahead.

Dear All,

I am currently pursuing MBA - HR. I need to do research project in HR as my final year project. I have shortlisted some topics like
Multiskilled Employees,
Learning from Down - Turn
Competitve analysis of Behavioral training in service and manufacturing industries

But I am little confused among these topic. So can you all plsease help me to select research topic (current issues).
