50% members on CITEHR are NOT Dumb, Duffer and Arrogant...

50% members on CITEHR are Dumb and Duffer

In a survey conducted over last three months, it has been discovered that 50% member of CITEHR are dumb and duffer.
They are very arrogant and highly egoistic.
Though, it is supposed to be a HR site, more than 40% members on CiteHR are not even qualified HR Professionals.

Do you agree with this?

How can you make this statment about the members? What make you judge about this?

Or can you please let us know who conduct this survey you or somebody else about our qualification and about our behaviour?

Sorry to say but you really don't have any right to make this kind of comments about CITEHR Members.

You being one of the senior no one can expect such type of statements on the CITEHR members . If you are saying some members are not qualified and so and so...How come you know that? Who done that survey and when and if you can have any proof to show the forum that survey report?

Sanjeev, I am sorry if I am talking sharp, Do you know Sanjeev? for your kind information if someone decided to become a HR professional no one will stop him/her.He may not be a MBA or he/she may not have any degree in HR but the person can a best HR professional.I have somany real life examples. People managing a million dollar organisation and are manging an employee base of 35000 are sometimes non-MBAs or they don't have a degree in management.

Anyway, don't give such comments before you know things in detail with proof.

Don't know where did you conducted your survey.. Or from where you got the informations..
If you are an HR Professional, then definitely you shouldn't raise any such issues without any supports..
So better back your statement, By the way we have already thought of this as a Junk post..

I just wanted to know on what basis do you make this judgement. Its a blind statement.

I would like to ask all the members on the Citehr what according to you is the role of an HR & being a member in this group.

I am not your kind of HR - Human Resources. But HR - human Rights. This site has really given me a lot & am using these things in my training & our community of NGO circle. Well if you say that all are dumb coz they are not able to post things. Then what kind of stuff can a person like me post when I do not know the ABZ of IT.

I strongly believe that this forum is trying not only to exchange ideas/info but SHARING is what matters to me. This is the best forum that I've ever seen in being so open & sharing of info.

Mr.Sanjeev,

Pls. dont comment on any HR professional like this. we need to respect our community and all members of this community although few are learners, few are experienced but every member tries to devote certian time to it as and when they find time and feel it useful enough.
