Default i need help
1.I would like to know that we are working in the construction sites as sub contractors for varrious companies employing more than 200 people within Rajarhat -Kolkata. I would like to know that wheather ESIC is applicable to these labourers or not.

2. I would like to know the details relating vide circular no P-12 (II) -11/27/99 Ins VI dated 14.06.1999 in details
