hi everybody there,
i am a final sem MBA student.
at present i am in the midst of my summer training at a medical insurance company..
my project title is employee satisfaction survey..
i need ur help 2 get some tips 4 making this project successful..
hope i will get some help... i will be waiting eagerly..

It looks as though neither you nor Oindri has searched citehr site properly. There is pleanty of posts regarding this for exapmle I found this.

hi everybody, i accidentaly came to view thsi site and realized i may be able to get some help. i have made a questtionnnaire to evaluate certain factors related to employee satisfaction. but i do not understand how I can use the data and calculate the statistics, such as mean, standard deviation, regression analysis, level of significance etc. Please help me out and mail me some sample docs. to
