Dear [Recipient's name]:
Please accept this letter as my formal notice of resignation from [Company name], effective from [ date]. The associations I've made during my employment here will truly be memorable for years to come.
I hope a one month notice is sufficient for you to find a replacement for me. If I can help to train my replacement or tie up any loose ends, please let me know.
Thank you very much for the opportunity to work here.
Sincerely,

hi,
Resignation letters can be designed in many types dependng upon the circumstances that lead to resignation. Any resignation letter shoud be sent in advance either one month's notice or 3 months's notice to enble the organization/Company to make alternate arrangements. As for as Government sector is concerned, the resignation letter must contain the reasons for resignation and also self declararation to the effect that the resignation is tendering with sound state of mind and health and without pressure of any other on this. One such format, in a simple manner, I am giving hereunder:
To
(Head of the Organization/Company)

Sir,

Due to some unavoidable circumstances on personal reasons, I hereby tender my resignation to the post of ( name of the post) with effect from (date) in the organization ( Name of the organization)

I hereby declare that I am in sound state of mind and I am fully aware of the consequences out of my resignation. I also declare that I am not giving this resignation out of any pressure on me on any side .

I request the authorities kindly to accept my resignation with effect from (date)

Thanking you Sir,
Yours faithfully,

Good samples, don't say much more than you are leaving. Emphasize the positive and talk about how the company has benefited you. Offer to help during the transition and afterwards. Don't be negative.

hello frnds,
please tell me that in case your employer is not providing with you a employee friendly i.e. employee concerned working culture and behaviour , because of which you are bound to leave as you look for proffesional behaviour , then in that case what kind of resignation can one write.
Sort of a grievance resignation.
Please help.
