Training Trends in Indian Software Industry

Dear All,

I am collating data on Training Trends in India Software industry and invite your inputs on same. Would be obliged if you could quote/refer the source from which the data has been obtained.

Specifically I would be looking forward to the data pertaining to Mandays/ Manhours devoted by IT companies in IT training in regular/ rare skills. new skills area nd emerging technologies.

I guess there has been some article in Business Today with similar data ( previous issue., would feel obliged if some one can send details of the issue).
