You have not mentioned if the resigned employee had completed 5 years of service or not to be eligible for Gratuity. As per recent judgement those who have completed 4.6 yrs are also eligible. Hope you are aware how gratuity is calculated.

Yes, on resignation all employees are eligible for what ever LTA is due to them.
