We are planning to hire a freelancer in our placements agency. The arrangement would be that we share the requirements and the freelencer would provide shortlisted profiles to us from his / her source.
We would further cocordinate for all the levels of interview with the client. Upon selection we would be sharing X% with the freelancer after our deductions (tax, fixed cost...etc ) I would like to know what is the industry standard % to be shared with the freelencer.
