hi,

To my knowledge, Salary is a fixed component and wage is like paid on daily or work basis.

I M ANURADHA....I JOINED MY COUSIONS NEW COMPANY AND I DONT HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO CREATE MIS REPORT IN EXCELL SHEET......EVEN THOUGH I DONT NO HOW TO PREPARE SALARY STRUCTURE...COULD U PLEASE FORWARD ME A COPY IN MY MAIL.
