I completed my MBA with HR as specialization and had 6 months of work experience in the feild of recruitments. I am looking for change to any technical side of my career in HR. Which field that best suits for a HR student, either ORACLE HRMS or SAP HR?
Revert me your valuable suggestions.
These days most of the companies look for the people with SAP knowledge.
