what is written in full and final settlement statement where we have to pay to company our one month salary bcoz leaving without summating notice period know thats a HR job but our company HR dosent know it so please help me out for that so that i can show that formate to my HR and i can get full and final settlement bcoz i required that document to be summited at my new job.
