Hi,

What is the right time when we can forward these forms? Immediately after the relieving or insist to employee to wait for two months? I think insist to employee to wait for two months and then forwards the application to the company as the we look the declaration a below:

"In the case of submission of application for settlement under clause (s) of sub-paragraph (i) and in clause (b) of sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 69 of the EPF Scheme, 1952, the claim should be submitted after two months from the date of leaving service provided the member continues to remain unemployed in an establishment to which the Act applies." Therefore the forms shall be forwarded

Please comment.

Dear Anurag,

Yes you are correct you have to submit only after you send his/her name for deletion through Form-10.
