Employee with SPLIT PERSONALITY SYNDROME
In a company if an employee holding a very important position is suferring from SPLIT PERSONALITY SYNDROME then what can be done to him or with him... kinldy pour suggestions......

he needs help, counselling, treatment....

he needs to be convinced to be taken to the concerned Doctor, as he may indirectly harm the employees or the organisation.

it is a sad situation, the employee suffering from split personality syndrome has not control over his actions, behaviour and cannot be held responsible for his actions as he is medically unfit.

speak to your higher authorities, and arrive at a decision as soon as possible.

situation is sad, delicate too. if his presence in the organisation is harmful, you have no option then. analyse the situation, see the depth of his sickness, and then arrive at a decision.

Well we also faced a similar kind of situation and and we tried to convince him that he should consult a doctor but he refused and said that nothing is wrong with me and unfortunately we had to get rid of him, so first try to get the treatment done if the employe refuses it then I would suggest that get rid of him before he harms somebody.

THANKS freind
we are terying to help him by treatments but i think its not worthy so wil try to detach him from company.but the question arises here is wat shuld be d compensation and background on which we are telling him to leave.....

just be very open and tell him the exact reason no need to hide anything from him.

split personality and any mental sickness is common with now days pressure .Till its declared by certified doc you can not remove him.you must send him to your company doc and ask his help .Such people harm themselves not others .So help him out with your doc

Surely this is a great problem. You must review your recruitment process. There are some serious lapse in it.
I would like to hear some more. What symptoms you have identified to conclude upon this result?
