I am an MBA student specialising in human resource . I'm looking for a unique HR project for my final year to get an idea about how to start with and to impress my project evaluater to get good marks. before starting the project i have to submit the synopsis of the project topic. as i am completly new to the world of projects i it would be greatful if i get help from u all.

currently i am dng my mba(mkg&hr) in pydah college.i need to evaluate the training program nd give them a suggestion.as u know they want to even maintain their customers even in the recession period.so i need to suggest them whether to maintain the same programs or modify them even for future benefit.
