Doing a project without access to an orgnisation is not easy. However, you can do it by way of a meta analysis. Please see my post on Research Methodology (ppt slides attached). You will find a link to that in many of my posts in response to requests such as yours.

i am doing my Final year MBA(HR). I am planning to do my Final Project on 'Internal Customer Satisfaction'. The time period for my final project is 2 months, and i don't know whether its feasible to complete this project in the given time frame and can you give me some guidlines to do this project.
