Dear All
I have been seeing here in the forum, a lot of members are basically confused/ and are not clear on how to go about getting into the world of Training and Development.
I have an experience of appx 14 years in this field, i started my career as a young trainer, with no experience and today have gone miles in the world of HR/Training/Coaching/Mentoring/Competency/Assessment....
I would love to be a Coach/Mentor to all the budding aspirants who want to get into this amazing world of Training and Development.
I am ready to Coach/Mentor if you are really serious about it.
You can post your queries here/ or PM me
Regards

Raaj, To start with, please advise if you have any PPT on the Training Cycle and Departments functions. These are two different things all together. Thanks

Thanks Raj for your interest in the team.
well my name is jagadish and i just completed my MBA(HR) and currently working as an IT Recruiter in an software company.
I always had a doubt that MBA(HR) guys only have the option of Rectuitment or there are also any other fields which MBA(HR) Freshers can work into. Cos intially i tried in lot of companies but there are no openings for HR. i do understand the problem of companies as to they dont need a fresher in HR. But my doubt is how long we have to stay in recruitment only.
Please suggest me as to what would be my future options in the corporate.

Hi Raaj,
Since it is so many of us seeking your help, I think it would be nice if you start from scratch and teach us how to become a successful trainer. I am sure each point of yours would be an valuable gem for all of us.
We could use the same site so that even others who log in at later stages into the site could benefit from the same.
Regards
Reshma

Thanks to all of you who are showing keen interest here and also to those who have been contacting me and sending me mails and messages regarding the same.

I had proposed the same as Reshma is asking to start from scratch. I had started the Series called Training Series - I , and wanted to continue, but it was sad that people were not receptive for future series and discussions. People here want readymade materials, i have plenty of them , but the idea is " TEACH A MAN TO FISH SO THAT HE GOES FISHING AND DOES NOT BECOME DEPENDENT, AND NEVER STAYS HUNGRY, IF YOU FEED HIM TODAY, HE WOULD BE BACK TOMORROW"

So i want to teach fishing :)))) and not want people to be dependent. I would love to be a coach and mentor the aspiring trainers, thats why i started this post, but i would prefer not send any required forms/templates... However can coach one how to go about making it. Thats the concept of COACHING.

Feel free to mail me at ( I have created this email for this correspondence )

regards

Raaj
