one more way is OFF_CAMPUS RECRUITMENT. if you have any proposal for campus drive then just give me a mail. i have contacts in all over india. we can do the campus drive in every city.

Iam currently working as an IT Recruiter in an consultancy and i find difficulty in recruitment for the past one month iam unable to close a single offer for our client for the IT Recruitment position is it necessary to be strong in technical part because my profile is to recruit candidates and schedule for the interview.
