How to motivate sales team ?
Hi seniors i need your valuable suggetion iam working in a it infrastructure providing company since last 2 months attrition rate has gone up seniors and executives for what ever reasons left. sales team is our core departmentevery qtr we come up with some new ideas and schemes in order to motivate sales team. in jas for 20 days taken more than 50of that qtr target for which our team could achieve and went for a week holiday sponsored from the company. for ond individual targets were given this team if acheived again we had a trip to overseas for a week but none could achieve. my business gm has asked me to come out with motivational factors or ideas to motivate our team members. 1give me some ideas how to know in advance which employee is planning to leave so that we can address his problemthough the employees left were not performing well this year. what are the various sources to find this? 2give me some new techniques to motivate the sales team. waiting for reply... viranchi

Due to the covid situation we have asked our support team who provides technical support to our customers to work from home. we are noticing that all the team members are working as per the expectations therefore we are in a situation to come up with an incentivebased package to motivate the team and get the work done. considering the following example our initial plan are: 1. current monthly takehome salary of the staff 50000 2. we will pay 75 37500 as a salary 3. we will hold 25 12500 and pay a portion or full or even nill of this amount based on the performance any ideas suggestions please share it
How do i get the split team to a strong team
Hi i am sure experts and most experienced would look into this topic. i am working with a team which started off really well it was really strong the bond between team was going really good.. after the team alignment/ reporting changes happened there is a major deviation. people who were interested to be part of team are now not willing to be part of the meeting. they are asking questions like why do we need to have this meeting is this giving any value add to us or process the initial intention to have this forum was to have the team share their best practise to share their views concerns etc.. many want to continue this.. but we need a way in which we can motivate people. i feel team building does not work as their thought on team building activities is a time waste there will not be any participation. need your help to analyze what can be done to get the team enthu back. regards malavika
