Default About Company Policy-Its Urgent

Hi All

When any employee resigns is it necessary to inform him/her about the company policy?

My company policy is full and final settlement after 45 days of last working days.
All leave balances lapses.
No benefits and perks are applicable to them once they resign.

Is it necessary to inform about above mentioned policies?

Also if any employee ask to see the company policy whether hard copy or soft copy is it open to everyone?

Kindly give me inputs on same, its urgent.

If this is your company's policy of settling terminal benefits to the resigned employees, please inform the same to the resigned employees.

If you have a employee handbook/company manual/HR Manual in place then please mention these policies under the exit/seperation process.

Hello,

All policies should be given to the employees when they joined, so that they things will be clear in the begining it self to new employee.
