JOB CHANGE-URGENT ADVICE

Dear all

I am working with HR Consulting Firm. I am working as a HR Consultant and helping my director in consulting. My role here is more of a observer and doing grunt work. I have just got an offer from one of the leading training company in their HR deptt as a executive HR Transactions.

My questions are

1) What is Transaction HR?
2) Should i join them?

Please help me urgently, my joining is near

HI

from my point of view you should see the profile first before changing the job , now HR transaction is nothing but Transactions in HR department which could include

Recruitment
Training
Attendance
Govt. Leasion etc.

you first ask new orgn for the details of the profile & based upon that u take decision.

Thanks for your instant answer. Recruitments is not going to be the part of the job.They have told me that it will be generalist profile

hi

if it is generalist profile then you should go for that & i believe generalist profile in any IT industry should include recruitment & since its a training firm you ask for the detailed profile.
