ESOPs in IT company

what are the steps we want to take if we want to implement ESOPs model in unlisted company?

how ESOPs is beneficial for 200 employees strength's organisation?

What are basic requirements we have to fallow if want to implement in ESOPs?

what is vesting period or word vesting means in ESOPs?[/

First you need to have some scheme according to the law.

Based on the board meeting of your management you can allot stocks to your employees that how many numbers you would like to have etc.

As per the new income tax rules , you also need to pay FBT on ESOPs.

You have lot of websites which provides info about ESOPs.
