Dear Pryanka

You list out the skills set the person should have to work on particular designation and set the minimum level of performance.

Then you conduct a test ( various types of tests ) to find out the present / existing level of performance.

The gap between the two levels decides the training needs. You can then make a priority and decide which topics to be selected first.

Thanks

Hi

Are you doing a TNA for a specific organisation?

Starting Point for any TNA is gathering data for Competencies required

Second stage is finding out the gap

Third stage is analysing the need

It is easy to give these suggestions I also understand the difficulties you will face in gathering data

You can reach me out for help if required as you are in Chennai

Best wishes

Siva
