Practice Makes A Man Perfect.

rgs_mys Started The Discussion:

Dear all, Learning is an ongoing process and anyone learning anything new ,needs to practice whatever is learnt.Practice has 3 aspects :1.Active practice 2.Overlearning & 3.Time for practising.Active practice is the 1st stage and trainer's support is very imp.to take corrective action where & when reqd. Here low trainer-trainee ratio is desirable.overlearning is when one becomes adept after practice & the task becomes second nature to person and finally duration of practice sessions and how learning is better when practised over a period of time & not crowded. One point to be noted is that rest intervals are very beneficial for the learning process.
