Dear All
I am working with an edible oil Industry.
There is a lot of internal politics going on in the organisation......
Which my management is also aware of................But they feel themself helpless.........
So we are planning to have a presentation on "Organisation Politics - Its negative impact and how to control it"
Can anybody help me with some material on this, to prepare a effective presentation.

see when two persons involved there will be a role of politics played by each person. so in an organisation its very common .take it easy be friendly with everyone. do yoga and meditaion keep physically and mentally fit ur self . bye  |
