I would suggest you to take up the topic of "HR Attrition" as the topic of your project. As It is a very relevant topic considering the state of the one of the largest growing industry i.e. BPO industry.

If at all you do take this topic, please let me know as I could also be of some help to you in this.

I am also an MBA student and am looking at doing my dissertation on Talent Management. How is Attrition realated to this? Could you please help me out?

I think attrition management is a good topic. Looking at the the current scenario, it really becomes important, as hitring a new employee is very expensive in todays ITeS Industry.

i am not sure if distance learning without any exp is of any help.
i am also doing my PG from a UK University that has colleges across India. But its a different concept here. It is a 2 year full time course, we have to work also. Part of our grades is based on our performance at work.
FInally by the time i finish PG i will have my PG & 2 years experience on paper.

I have chosen a project that i am currently implementing in my workplace. Its called "Strategic restructuring". I am covering everything from policy making(which was not on paper till now) to training ADDIE
so that we can cover most of the theoretical concepts we learnt.
