Default Starting a Head Hunting Firm

Hello friends

I plan to start a head hunting firm in Hyderabad for IT companies. As I am not from HR background, could anybody help me in answering the following questions ?

1. What might be the money / initial investment ?

2. How to contact HR executives in software firms ? Contact personally or social networking sites would do ?

3. Do I need to start a consultancy with a name and register it ? at least for the first few months, I can run it as an individual without a name for the firm or without registering it ?

I would be pleased if you can answer these or even share your experiences in dealing with a startup HR consultancy firm.

Thanks
Sri

hey,

I strongly suggest that you conduct a Feasibility Studies for this kind of business. This will ensure that the business is feasible in your geographic location and at the same time, it will ensure that the business is feasible within your capacity and resources.

There is no better way to start any kind of business but through the conduct of a proper feasibility study. Let me know how you are going through it.

regards

The Post was in bad taste I dont think any one can enquire publicly about bribing and if it is unanswered people may think it is true

Even if it is true, tact does not permit anyone to talk about it like this

Can we discuss what is being paid as commisiion to purchase guys?Or Testing guys?or Ministers? Or Pf authorities? Labour Inspectors?Secretaires?

As a senior, I would expect professionals to make strong objections to such postings

Dear Mr George

You probably have not read the original posting

"""PS: Edited the content of the post so that it does not hurt the feelings of gentle professionals."""

The gentleman has enquired about the share to be passed on to HR Professionals and what is the percentage that he has to plan!!!

My reaction was towards that particular remark

I am thankful to himfor editing the original posting by deleting that remark.
