i m doin my thesis work on quality of work life, pls if any of you havin any sort of matter on this topic then pls, i request you all to send me the same, and questionaire too, my email id is

This is a good article and if you write to the corresponding author, he might send his questionnaire.

You can search the web for more papers by using search terms "QOWL + questionnaires".

Also let me know how you are going to select the people for distributing the questionnaire.
