I am a final sem student of HRM from IMT DOLI, Gzb. Along with this i m also working as a visiting faculty for Business Communication Skills in YMCA,Delhi.

I hv strong desire to work with AVIATION or HOTEL INDUSTRY but i dnt hv any referance in any of them & both of these industries generally dnt float HR VACANCIES openly :cry:

So pls guide me wht steps shud i tk to get into them .......???????
