We are planning to change the Salary Structure of our company, before that we would like to see different salary structure of other companies, where we need to refer the samples.

hi pramod,

the salary structure that i designed for the company is very simple yet handy. the best is to get a ratio of the education/qualification + knowledge + experience calculate n yaahooo there u go. i mean set certain points on a ratin scale for each of the three criteria n get a make a salary slab an c who falls under what slab accordin to the ponts
