Dear
We have initiated Employee of the Month Programme for our employees to keep them motivated and to reward their performance.
We have come up with the guidelines and Evaluation form to rate their performance on different criteria. But i want to know how can we make the programme impartial and unbiased to aviod demotivating the eligible employees for the award.
Also let me know who can actually nominate the employee for the Programme.
Thanks in Advance

you can make an online points system to the performance of the employee which can evaluated by the seniors and also the HODs so that the biasing can be reduced.

Their is no ways of making the appraisal unbiased onlything that can be done is to reduce the chances of biasedness,
1. make appraisal system on percentile basis and exercise it one to one basis with marks assigned to all the variables of productivity along with standard targets assigned
