Hi Friends,

I need some help.I done B.com.I m working in a Consultancy firm since 3.5yrs as HR exe in IT recruitment. From few months i m searching for new job in Corporate or in good com.I m giving many interviews but i didn't get any good response.In some com. i go upto 3rounds of interview but nothing done after that.

I dont know what is the problem?Is it my qualification is problem?
In some com they ask me why u stick up with this com so long time?

My consultancy exp is not enough for HR post in any good company.

OR can i try for other than recruitment in HR field.

Pls help me to come up from this situation.

Would like to understand a few things here from you.

> Where are you based/located now ?

> Are you purely into recruiting ?

> Is your inclination towards recruiting or do you want to move into HR
operations ?

Hi Mohan,

I m located in Mumbai.

I m purely into IT recruitment.

My preference will be in recruitment as well as HR operation also.I m ready for learning also.
