Hi members,

I am working in a facility mgmt. co.where i have to maintain the data for near about 300 employees. Presently working in a excel sheet where we can calculate upto PF / ESIC calculation.

I know this is not happening in a easy way, can i have any payroll software download from any site or anyone can send the same.

In addition to it what is the basic structure of a payroll software and how it is useful for a organisation.

Your suggestion / help / guidance will be highly appreciated.
