Appointment Terms for UAE

Dear all,

This is Patel from Bangalore, we have recently started our operation at Middle East. I wanted to know about the term of employment and if could get appoinment letter copies or format specific for UAE. Since I have details for India I was looking sepcifically for UAE.

Hello Mr.Patel,

Here the employment contract is done by the PRO of the company with dubai labour office.
as for appointment letter is concerned i can send you a copy of the same.

Please check the Government of Dubai Labour Department/Ministry site. It has updated information regarding Labour laws etc.

for labour law you can get in google search and for visa processing formalities check - www.mol.gov.ae you will get lots of details there
