Hi Amelie,

I am not the author. We were having a discussion on the Role of HR and the challenges that HR faces in todays time and someone from the team came up with this list. I had noted these 7 points ands thought i would share it on this Forum.

I am not sure whether its taken from the net or it was thought by him.

You can google and am sure you'll find some info on this.
