Default Compliance to HR manual

Hi,

Can someone advice me on whether a "compliance section" is appropriate in the HR manual detailing steps taken (like audit) for compliance to the policies laid down in the manual.

I tried to google out the information but could not find ant Indian precedent, though a few foreign organisations have included this.

Thanks
anjit

PS: can corporate governance initiatives be included?

Adding a compliance section is good as it will provide additional information for the users. It also clarifies the company policies.
