Dear All,

I need your support to draft a attractive mail to my all employees, we are organizing a get together annual outing for a whole day.

what i have in my mind i already put it in words, but i want more can you please help me?
here are my words...

As we come closer to an another fantastic year 2008 in terms of growth, high end delivery and client & customer satisfaction, let me congratulate to you all for this wonderful achievement. Without your hard work, contribution, perseverance and consistency this cannot have been achieved.

We would like to propose an annual outing at the end of this year and a get together party at ________ on _________. The management is highly appreciated the efforts you have put into it during this long journey

With 2007 drawing to a close, lets get together and unwind after the gruelling work done thru the year.

Lets take this opportunity to refresh our minds to be back with a bang in 2008.
