Default Assesment centre

Hi to all................

Please suggest

As an HR how will u analyze whether a manager should be sent to the assesment centre. Keeping in mind the cost incurred during the same time and how will you analyse his performance after he is back from the assesment centre?

Hi friend,

Post assesment you design an IDP for the individual. The manager's manager will analyse his accomplishment on the iDP after a short span. In the long run another assesment centre will asses his compitencies and report.

Assesment centres and competency maping are continous developmet porgrams and is not a one time activity.

IDP is Individual Development Plan.
